Nia Smith is a climate activist and is determined in her mission to help make a difference. One of the ways that she is able to do this is through the OneUpAction Organization. This organization was founded to help the youth take action against climate change by providing them with the resources and support needed to tackle this mission. Even though the organization was created recently (2019) they have already been enormously successful in reaching over 50,000 people in over 32 different countries. OneUpAction allows for people to contribute in various ways including donating, spreading the word, or even by joining the executive chapter. OneUpAction also allows for the creating of local Action chapters that allows young activists like Nia to be able to create and promote a community of growth right in their hometowns.
