Deep Breathing

Deep Breathing:

The breathing technique is the foundation of yoga. During the breathing, it will be embodying an understanding of effective use of the diaphragm and the expansion of the Alveoli, which will improve oxygenation and blood circulation.

  1. Sit or lie comfortably.  
  2. Close your eyes. 
  3. Make no effort to control the breath. 
  4. Focus the attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. 
  1. Breath in and out through the nose  
  2. Understand the shortness of the breath 
  3. Identify the type of the breath 
  1. Improves blood flow
  2. Relieve the anxiety and stress
  3. Helps sleep better
  4. Improves digestion
