Table tennis:

Table tennis is a sport in which players hit a lightweight ball using rackets on a table that contains a net to sperate the middle. The game is won by being the first player to reach 11 points.

How it relates to fitness:

Table tennis helps improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. It also burns calories and keeps the brain sharp.
