Swimming is a sport that requires the use of one’s entire body to move through the water with varied distance events in different swimming styles. The fastest swimmer wins the game.

How it relates to fitness:

Swimming helps maintain a healthy weight, heart, and lungs. It also builds endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
