Football, also called soccer, is a game in which the players try to maneuver the ball into the other team’s goal without using their hands or arms. The team that scores more goals wins the match.

How it relates to fitness:

Football helps increase aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health. Lower the body fat and builds strength, flexibility, and endurance.
