Badminton:

Badminton is a racquet sport that requires two people to play at a minimum. Players need to hit the shuttlecock over the net and score by landing it to the opponent’s side.

How it relates to fitness:

Badminton helps improves muscle strength, heart functioning, reduce stress, strengthen the bone, and mental agility.
