Running

Running:

Running is a form of cardio exercise that is easily accessible just like walking. It is a good way to help increase cardiovascular health, build body strength and burns calories.

During the first 15 minutes of running, the body will burn the sugars inside our body. Then the body will use stored fat inside our body from the cells as the fuel. Running burns about 100 calories per mile, approximately 2 times as walking.
