Cycling is a leisure sport or activity that is easy to fit into your daily routine by riding somewhere close. It helps control weight, prevent heart diseases, and improved muscle strength as well as tone. Cycling has nearly no cost and works for all ages.

Cycling will burn a number of calories that depends on the intensity of the riding. A half-hour of cycling at a moderate intensity (about 13 mph) will burn approximately 327 calories for someone weighing 180 lbs.
